The Fourth of July is celebrated across the United States, so where is the best place to observe the country's independence but in Disneyland Resort. Join Mickey Mouse and friends as Disney commemorates this special event with an extraordinary lineup of activities.

Disneyland Resort celebrates Independence Day every year, knowing that its founder, Walt Disney, is a patriotic man himself. So on the Fourth of July holiday, there will be a big celebration that will start when the park opens.

As early as 8 a.m., parkgoers should head to Town Square for a chance to see Mickey Mouse wearing his most patriotic suit. This event will last until 3:30 p.m., per WDW News Today.

The firework show, Disney's Celebrate America! - A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky, will also return to light the sky on this exceptional day. It will be in sync with the sounds of patriotic songs, as the spectacular starts at 9:30 p.m.

There will also be celebrations at Disneyland Hotel. From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., guests can reveal their patriotic selves at the Magic Kingdom Lawn. People of all ages are welcome to play fun family activities, watch live music, have complimentary face painting and caricatures, and enjoy some tasty delights.

Paradise Pier Hotel's The Sand Bar will also host a family barbecue coupled with live music to complete the guests' fun experience. The event will start at 6 p.m., while the Disneyland Resort fireworks can be seen from here.

The rooftop bar offers guests a special a la carte menu that includes short rib brisket burgers, all-beef hot dogs, street corn on the cob, and specialty drinks. It also comes with complimentary family activities and face paintings. Anyone who wants to celebrate the Fourth of July here is welcome even if they don't have hotel reservations.

According to Patch, the Disneyland Resort is expecting thousands of people will head to the park to celebrate the Fourth of July. As the Pixie Dust park is now working and the surge of guests at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is thinning, it will be the best time to come to the happiest place on earth and have fun with their family the old-fashion way.

"Guests discover a flurry of patriotic fun at Disneyland Resort in celebration of Independence Day," a park spokesperson said. Both Disneyland Resort and Disney California Adventure will be filled with red, white, and blue decorations for the event. Everything will bear a Fourth-of-July theme, from Main Street, U.S.A., stores, and food, making it the best place to be patriotic.
