State Fair Entertainment spectacular at Disneyland in the fall of 1987 and 1988. Fair-style game and food booths were set up around the hub, and there were displays of quilts and other homemade items. There was a "Come to the Fair" parade, along with pig races and thrilling daredevil feats.
Fair foods included single slices of delicious fresh baked apple and berry pie, BBQ turkey legs, Buffalo Chili (made from real buffalo meat), cotton candy and fresh popped popcorn. Carnival and game booths were located in the hub featuring games of chance.
