Possibly the very last attraction Walt Disney worked on before opening day was a 20000 Leagues Under the Sea exhibit Disney conceived of the exhibit the evening before the parks televised opening and worked on it late into the night with Disney Legend Ken Anderson. Both of them dawning masks for a flurry of 11th Hour spray painting they were desperately trying to get something into the Tomorrowland building. Unfortunately, this building was in mid July 55 mostly empty and would remain so for the next two weeks.When it finally opened in early August the exhibit offered a walk-through tour of the 19th century style sets and props used in Disney's 20000 Leagues Under the Sea movie.The organ used is now located in the Haunted Mansion. A model of the submarine was on display. Through the port hole could be seen the giant squid.It required an "A" ticket for the whole time it was open.
