New foods and themed merchandise are coming to Tiana’s Palace at Disneyland to celebrate the grand opening of the park’s newest attraction, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
New menu items will be available beginning on Nov. 15. Here’s what fans can expect:
Catfish Po’boy: Southern-style dusted catfish filet with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise on toasted New Orleans French Bread with remoulade sauce served with red beans, rice, and house-made pickles.
Jambalaya: Chicken, andouille sausage, heritage rice, and creole sauce.
House-filled Beignet: Strawberry cream filling topped with strawberry glaze
Classic Beignets: Two fresh beignets dusted with powdered sugar and honey drizzle.

The classic beignets will only be available from Nov. 15 to Nov. 17; the other menu items don’t have an end date.
After an extensive closure, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure officially opens at Disneyland on Nov. 15. Walt Disney Imagineers spent months reimaging Splash Mountain into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure after Disney announced the project in 2020.
Splash Mountain drew criticism in its last years of operation because it featured characters and music from the 1946 animated feature Song of the South, a movie criticized for its stereotypes of Black people and romanticized view of the post-Civil War South.
Despite its problematic history, the attraction was still a favorite among Disney fans in California and Florida due to its catchy tunes, breathtaking theme park views and unique structure.
Guests eager to ride the attraction during opening weekend will have to join a virtual queue at either 7 a.m., noon, or 4 p.m. A stand-by queue won’t be available during the attraction’s first days, according to Disneyland.
