The holidays are here at Disneyland!

This year, the Southern California theme park has something on the menu for everyone as the Happiest Place on Earth transforms into the Merriest Place on Earth, which also coincides with its 70th celebration.

Manny Trujillo, an area chef at Disneyland Resort from Peru, tells PEOPLE that this year, park goers can expect to try 240 yummy offerings this holiday season.

Those dishes include 90 new items, with the rest returning favorites.

A returning favorite is the “Snickerdoodle Cold Brew,” which comes topped with whipped cream, snickerdoodle cookie dust and a snickerdoodle cookie, perfect to get your day off to a sweet start.

It can be found at the Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree at Disneyland.

Trujillo calls it “just delicious.”

In between navigating towering Christmas trees, decked out decor and waving Disney characters, guests can find another returning dish, the “Gingerbread Cake” found at Plaza Inn, and filled with gingerbread crunch. A mini chocolate gingerbread man comes with the holiday treat.

One of Disneyland’s new menu items this holiday season is the “Red Velvet Mickey-Shaped Waffles,” as well as the “Orange-Cranberry Loaf.”

But there aren’t just sweet items up for grabs.

Trujillo tells PEOPLE one of his favorites is the “Arepa De Cochinita Pibil” a fusion of two distinct Latin American culinary traditions, served on a crispy corn arepa with refried beans and cochinita pibil paired with avocado salsa, cotija cheese and spicy pickled red onions.

“People probably don’t know about this traditional food for holiday celebrations, in that part of our world, but we’re bringing it back to Disneyland and trying to give the idea that we also eat this. We want to let you know that this is food in another part of the world, and it’s beautiful,” he says.

The new menu item is available at Rancho Del Zocalo in Disneyland Park.

There’s also the “Yuletide Carnitas Torta” that’s new this year, plus the returning twist on a year-round fan favorite, the “Honey-Baked Turkey Leg,” which is similar to the classic “Turkey Leg,” but topped with a pineapple ring for even more flavor.

But save some room in your belly, because there’s also the “Sip and Savor Pass,” allowing you to utilize six digital coupons redeemable for select food and nonalcoholic drinks at participating Disneyland Festival of Holidays locations.

“The Festival of Holidays is all of the amazing food that celebrates all of those amazing traditions that we’ve come to love with our families,” Gracie Gomez, a pastry sous chef at Disneyland, tells PEOPLE.

The “Holiday Mash Bowl” is back with its cheddar mashed potatoes, chicken and turkey gravy with cranberry stuffing crunch on top.

Gomez tells PEOPLE she considers the star of the returning favorites to be the “Braised Pork Belly Adobo,” which is placed perfectly over garlic fried rice and sprinkled with pork grinds.

There’s also vegetarian options, such as “The Holiday Duet,” two scoops of mac & cheese, one with al pastor and one without so you can share with a loved one this holiday season.

“Sip and Savor” items are offered only in Disney California Adventure Park, and are tasting-size portions only, not full entrées.

Disneyland has made dining easy as park guests can order their “Sip and Savor” tastings ahead, in-person at any Festival Marketplace, and then take their receipt to the corresponding pick-up window whenever they are ready to eat or grab a drink.

Celebrate diversity with more than 200 dishes at Disneyland for the Disney Festival of Holidays, happening now through Jan. 7, 2026.
