Disney’s live-action version of One Hundred and One Dalmatians had its New York premiere on November 18, 1996; to help promote the new movie, 10 days later Disneyland opened the Dalmatian Celebration area.

Dick Tracy And The Diamond Double Cross
A 28-minute production that featured 1940s inspired costumes and cityscapes and the primary color scheme from the Warren Beatty film.
The Balonian diamond was the largest diamond in the world and it resided in a seamless glass case in the city museum. One day, the case filled with smoke and the diamond disappeared right in front of a crowd of onlookers and the king and queen of Balonia! Who could have done such a thing? Who can help get the diamond back?

Disneyland Showcase Preview of Coming Attractions
