From Steve Birnbaum brings you the best of Disneyland 1982:
With its red-and- white-striped awning and polished terrazzo dance floor, this is one of the most festive spots in the park. The small stage is the setting for character shows in the afternoons, and for band concerts (with dancing) on summer evenings-usually from about 7 P.M. until park closing. When the mirrored ball sends stars shooting all around you, it's hard to help feeling you've stepped back a half century or more in time. Soft frozen yogurt and vanilla, straw- berry, chocolate, chocolate chip, fantasia, and orange sherbet cones (on those cardboard-like cake cones, alas!) are available, along with hamburgers, hot dogs, and fish burgers. Serves Lunch, Dinner, Snacks.
