While you're watching Pecos Bill doing his tooth-spitting gag along with the trio of leggy can-can girls high-kicking up a storm, you can lunch on corned beef on rye, barbecued ham on a roll, or roast beef with barbecue sauce, plus brownies and chips. Reservations are required; you must make them in person at the Golden Horseshoe on the day you plan to attend, and since they go quickly be sure to present your- self at the saloon as soon after park opening as possible.
