Healthcare Coverage: Eligible cast members and their families receive healthcare, dental and vision coverage starting on the first day of employment. With healthcare plans starting as low as $7 per week for individuals in California, we prioritize affordable healthcare options.

Employee Assistance Program: We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer an Employee Assistance Program to provide confidential counseling support and resources for personal and professional challenges.

Legal Support and Tax Services: From legal consultations to tax assistance, we provide cast members with the resources they need to navigate legal and financial matters with confidence and peace of mind.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives: We believe diversity is one of our greatest strengths, so we offer voluntary, employee-led DEI resource groups to foster a sense of belonging and build community around shared identities, interests and pursuits.

“Using the resources that the company offers can be very helpful at building that better employee, whether that is educational opportunities, resource groups that provide community and support,” said Anthony.

Room for Career Growth The possibilities for growth and advancement are endless. Through apprenticeships, certificate courses and other development programs, we empower our cast members to expand their skillsets and take the next step in their careers. Whether mastering new technical skills or pursuing leadership opportunities, we are committed to helping our cast members achieve their professional goals.

“I applied for Disney because I needed the better healthcare benefits for my family, but I chose Disney because of the company’s reputation and for further career growth,” said Anthony. He started his career at Disney as a sound mechanic supporting Disney California Adventure and took advantage of every learning opportunity, including becoming a certified IMAX movie projectionist and the opportunity to join the opening team of Cars Land. “Once the land opened, I was able to interview and be selected to participate in a leadership development program that allowed me to be promoted to the role of engineering services manager.”
