This popular parade began on Friday, June 19, 1998. During the 1990s Disneyland featured a series of temporary parades celebrating the numerous popular new animated films released by Disney during the period. The final of these parades would be an elaborate night parade themed based on Mulan.Generally a popular event, it lasted two seasons. It also replaced Light Magic with special nighttime performances, enhanced by all the special new lighting that had been installed. It featured traditional elements found in Chinese parades, with a stylized Disney look. It featured two songs from the movie including “Honor to Us All” and “I’ll Make A Man Out of You”. This would be the last parade to feature a single movie tie in.
