From Steve Birnbaum brings you the best of Disneyland 1982:
Eggs and omelets are the principal fare at this sunny establishment in Town Square, to the left of the Mad Hatter. While waiting in the small reception center that's papered in rosy pink floral stripes, watch the chef whip up his omelets, like the "Extraordinaire" served with ham, cheese, mushrooms, green onions, and salsa sauce, or the "California," with sliced avocado, diced tomato, alfalfa sprouts, sour cream, and pine nuts, or just a Spanish omelet made with tomato, chilis, Spanish sausage, green onions, and cheese. These are served throughout the day. At breakfast, Belgian waffles are served with eggs or strawberries and whipped cream, steak and eggs, cereal, Danish, or English or blueberry muffins. At lunch and dinner, the fare includes salad selections, a special called the American Egg Burger (a fried egg on Canadian bacon, topped with American cheese, tomato and mushrooms, and served on a sesame seed bun), bacon-and-egg sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, eggs Benedict, and fruit pies and crêpes for dessert. Youngsters can order special Mouseketeers' Treats (hot dogs and peanut butter- and-jelly sandwiches). Meals are served indoors in a pretty floral-carpeted room with pale turquoise curtains and attractive white, wrought-iron chairs, or outdoors on a pleasant terrace full of bright yellow umbrellas. After you eat, be sure to take a look at the prints on the walls near the glass-fronted kitchen. They're reproductions of 19th-century images of English prize pullets: "Sultan," "Psyche," "Blossom," "Titania," and others. Presented by the American Egg Board. Serves Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks.
