Why must I re-enter my login information every time?:

MickeyMousePark.com employs the use of cookies to determine whether you are a returning user or a new user. You must allow MickeyMousePark.com to set cookies in order to bypass the registration form.

Why are you asking for my age when I register?:

MickeyMousePark.com asks for your age to verify that you are at least 13 years old.

Having troubles with your Paypal links how can I donate?:

If you are unable to donate through our Paypal links follow these steps
Log into your Paypal Account (Paypal Homepage)
Click On Send Money
Enter the amount of money for the membership level
Send it to: PayPal

Send us an email with your login name/account number and let us know the problems you had .
We will sort everything out for you.

How do I cancel/close my account?:

Click on gear icon at top of screen (Settings) Scroll to the bottom and click on Remove My Account And Information. Follow the steps on the page.

Can I apply my donation toward a GOLD upgrade?:

If you are a Diamond member 100% of your donation can be applied to a Gold upgrade. The only rule is: you must upgrade BEFORE your current account expires. When you click on a GOLD upgrade the system will calculate the discount and show you on the final screen how much it will cost to upgrade. As an example:

If you are a Diamond member you will be able to upgrade for $40 ($75 Gold upgrade - $35 Diamond Account discount)
