Breakfast was being served at a new location in Frontierland starting last week, and where breakfast used to be served, it's all about the barbecue food.

Riverbelle Terrace was converted to a table service restaurant for lunch and dinner only, complete with a maitre'd outside taking reservations in the mornings. The new menu consists of mostly barbecue food, mostly items that used to be served at the now closed and gone Big Thunder Ranch Barbecue. The biggest difference is that it is no longer all you can eat.

Much of Riverbelle's breakfast menu migrated to nearby Rancho del Zocalo, which also added some Mexican inspired breakfast items. But fans of the Mickey Mouse Pancake invented at Riverbelle need not worry, it is being offered at Rancho.

Those seeking a goofier approach to breakfast could now find it, again, at Goofy's Kitchen over at the Disneyland Hotel, as it emerged from a several-weeks-long refurbishment.

Elsewhere, Disneyland continues to prepare backstage and other areas of Frontierland closed off to park visitors for the construction of the "Star Wars" themed land. This included removing trees and bushes and more along the northern banks of the Rivers of America.

Meanwhile, the "Toons," residents of Mickey's Toontown, decided it was time for some civic improvements to their community as scaffolding went up around several of the buildings and painters went to work.

The Autopia and Jungle Cruise are still closed for lengthy refurbishments, along with Splash Mountain.

Over at Disney California Adventure, it was announced that the "Mad T Party" would finish its night time entertainment at the end of March, but that the park would bring back the Food and Wine Festival in April.

Luigi's in Cars Land was still behind construction walls, as Imagineers continued to test the new attraction coming into the space to be called: Rollickin' Roadsters. No announcement on an opening date has been released by resort officials.

Other refurbishments at the younger theme park included Soarin' and Grizzly River Run.
