From Steve Birnbaum brings you the best of Disneyland 1982:
Located opposite the Café Orleans and next door to the entrance to Pirates of the Caribbean, this small snack stand is Disneyland's only other source of those delicious fritters. Hot chocolate, frozen bananas, ice cream bars, chips, and a fruit punch that goes by the name of Mardi Gras Julep complete the menu. Be sure to look at the wrought-iron balustrade above the Royal Street Veranda's small patio. The initials at the center are those of Roy and Walt Disney, and the balcony itself belonged to an apartment that was being constructed for Walt before he died. Serves Breakfast, Snacks.
