A beamed ceiling, old stained glass, natural brick walls with panels of mahogany and a tile floor will capture the flavor of an intimate New Orleans coffee house in this restaurant, specializing in coffee and ice cream served by waitresses. To add dramatic and atmospheric touches, there will be antique coffee espresso equipment, coffee urns and other items related to coffee and ice cream.
